On October 30, 2023, Blue Chip Pest Services is embarking on a partnership with Bug Out, marking a new chapter in our journey. With their invaluable support, we aspire to elevate the quality of our services for property managers everywhere. What does this mean for you and our existing clientele? Going forward, Blue Chip will now be rebranded as Bug Out. This new name and logo will appear on our uniforms, vans, and paperwork. 

Despite the new name, you will get the same level of high-quality service that Blue Chip has always provided. 

Absolutely! No matter the name, our experts can still provide the same quality service as always.

There will be a Self Service Portal where you can pay and manage all your information.

Don’t worry, there will not be any changes to your service price as a result of our merger. The price of our services is based on the materials we use, service costs and the value we bring to you and your family. However, future pricing changes could occur because of enhancements in service quality and/or unexpected market conditions.

Are you on AutoPay? If so, your billing date is not set to change. And when you get new bills, credit card statements will appear as Rentokil Bug Out.

Bug Out offers full-service pest management solutions, bringing new strategies and innovative techniques with them that will allow us to improve our services. 

Blue Chip embodies the core values of initiative, ingenuity, and surpassing customer expectations. Collaborating with Bug Out ignites a renewed sense of purpose and determination in fulfilling our mission statement. Our services now extend beyond mere comprehensiveness and effectiveness; we also prioritize environmental consciousness.

You won’t see any immediate changes to your service visits or their frequency. Over time, as we merge our operations and identify ways to better serve you, we may restructure some service programs to improve and streamline our offerings. If that happens, you’ll be notified of any changes in advance.

Your termite protection will not be interrupted.

For now, there won’t be any changes to your payment process. However, as we integrate our systems, there will likely be changes in the future. If that happens, we’ll do everything we can to make sure the billing and payment process is even easier and more convenient.

We realize our technicians are trusted service experts who play a significant role in protecting your family, home and property from pests.

As our combined organization streamlines its operations, some technicians may be reassigned to other customers. While many of our customers have great relationships with their technicians, you can be confident that every one of our technicians is an industry expert – knowledgeable about your local area and committed to providing you with world-class service.
